New reporting meters
In October, we unveiled a powerful update to Ternary Reports. With new dynamic meters above the charts, you can quickly assess key metrics at a glance, making it easier to track your performance. The meter comparison mode lets you toggle between percentages and unit changes, giving you the flexibility to analyze the data in a way that works best for your business. Plus, with the ability to click on individual meters for quick filtering, you can effortlessly explore specific metrics and gain deeper insights. We designed this update to enhance your experience and help you make informed decisions faster.
Enhanced platform tooltips
We’re excited to introduce enhanced tooltips across key features. These include Ternary Reports, Dashboards, MSP Dashboard, and Resource Utilization engine. Now, when you hover over a data point, you’ll access targeted information tailored just for that entry. This means you can quickly and easily obtain the most relevant insights you need, saving time and improving your decision-making. Plus, with our updated tooltip design, you’ll enjoy a cleaner, more intuitive interface that enhances your overall experience. New MSP Customer Management filters
We’re pleased to introduce new enhancements that will streamline customer management for our partners.
Key enhancements:
- New tenant filter. You can now filter by specific tenants, allowing for more precise oversight and management. This means you can spend less time searching and more time focusing on what matters most: delivering exceptional service to your clients.
- New tenant status filter. We’ve also added the ability to filter tenants by their status: active or inactive. This enhancement helps you identify opportunities for engagement and ensures you can tailor your support effectively.
These improvements are designed to make it easier to manage your customer accounts and provide the best possible FinOps services to your clients.
Updates to MSP Dashboard
We’re thrilled to unveil our latest enhancements to the Ternary MSP Dashboard. These enhancements are designed to help you boost operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service to your customers.
Global tenant filter
Navigate the MSP Dashboard with ease using our new global tenant filter. It allows you to sort by child tenant(s) across all dashboard views. With this enhancement, your tenant selection will seamlessly follow you as you explore each of the five dashboard views. This way, you can streamline your workflow and improve efficiency.
Savings improvements
Within the Savings view, we have released improvements across both usage and rate recommendations.
Usage optimizations
- Enhanced visibility. A new cloud provider column helps you easily identify and assess usage across different providers, making it simpler to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Advanced filtering. You can now filter optimizations by provider and service, giving you more precise insights into your customers’ usage patterns and potential savings.
Rate optimizations
- Expanded support. We’ve added support for Microsoft Azure, broadening your options for rate comparisons across all three leading cloud providers.
- Advanced filtering. New capabilities for filtering by term and commitment type help you quickly find the most relevant rate optimization recommendations for your analysis.
- Provider-specific naming. The commitment type column now features provider-specific naming. This makes it easier for you to understand and select the right options for your customers, such as “Savings Plan (Azure).”
