Updates to MSP Billing Rules Engine
We’re pleased to share updates to our MSP Billing Rules Engine. These enhancements allow you to streamline billing operations with greater flexibility.
Key enhancements:
- Improved filtering: The Billing Rules Engine table now lets you filter rules by all tenants or specific tenants. These changes allow you to manage billing configurations more easily.
- Tenant count visibility: A new column in the Billing Rules Engine table shows the number of tenants each rule applies to, offering clearer insights into rule usage.
Updates to MSP Dashboard
This month, we enhanced our MSP Dashboard, improving how you access key information across all customers and clouds. These updates empower you to drive more informed discussions with your clients.
Key enhancements:
- Enriched reporting: Within the Reporting view, the Monthly Trends table now includes a visual indicator for Month-over-Month (MoM) Delta %. This enhancement allows you to quickly identify spending changes. Red up arrows signal spend increases, while green down arrows indicate decreases. This makes it easier for you to provide insights to your clients at a glance.
- Improved filtering: Within the Clouds view, you can now filter the data status by provider (e.g., Amazon, Azure, Google, etc.). This targeted filtering makes it easier for you to identify clouds that are in a warning or danger state.
Adjustable table column widths for enhanced reporting
Newly customizable time-series tables make it easier to view your reports. Just click and drag to set columns to your preferred width, improving visibility and making data interpretation smoother. If you ever want to reset a column, just double-click, and it will return to its original size. Enjoy a more tailored and efficient reporting experience!
The Ternary team is dedicated to helping our customers and partners throughout their FinOps journey. Stay tuned for next month’s product enhancements. In the meantime, you can learn more about Ternary or request a demo.
